Buff Vada



Ingredients

500 gm boiled and mashed potatoes
100 gm roasted peanuts
20 gm sesame seeds
Powdered sugar (to taste)
50 gm corn flour
Black salt to taste
Chopped green chilly
Oil for frying

Method

Boil and grate potatoes

Grind peanuts

Sauté sesame seeds and make paste

Mix potatoes, salt, corn flour and make small balls

Fill with mixture of peanuts, sesame seeds and green chillies

Deep fry and serve hot with Imli chutney
